About the Role :Position Title : Data Integration, Vice President Corporate Title : Vice President Reporting to : Rahul Srinivasan Job Profile : Data Integration, Data Management and DeliveryPosition details : Reporting to HR Technology Integrations Manager, responsible for delivering integrated business services to assigned HR Organization.Roles and Responsibilities : Technical System Manager for HR, Legal and Project Portfolio and Program Management.Develop and maintain complex ETL mappings, workflows, and UNIX shell scripts in a staging / data mart environment, based on technical specifications and other supporting documentation, using Informatica PowerCenter, Unix Shell Scripts, advanced SQL, and Autosys Enterprise SchedulerGovern and Maintain HR , Legal and Project Portfolio Management Systems.Resource Manager for a group of 5-6 senior developers and analyst.Create Complex Tableau Analytics and Reporting Dashboards for Business Users.Perform systems design and analysis.Design, code, test, schedule, and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, Python and web API calls.Ability to optimize designs and enhance the data push/pull features.Provide technical work guidance or mentoring.Facilitate the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards.Prepare and present technical concepts to internal audiences.Solve complex application and data-related problems and be experienced in resolving issues relating to reconciliation controls and data security.Initiate and develop concepts to solve extremely complex situations with little or no precedent.Provide technical input to other senior and high-level technical experts.Function as SME and supply business and technical knowledge on required subject-areas and systemsDevelop and document internal HR Technology standard operating procedures (SOPs), partnering with the HR Resource Center to ensure process documentation remains current; also, produce documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelinesA willingness to work in a fluid environment with high adaptability to change is a must for this position; the candidate should also be able to work cooperatively with cross-functional, global/remote teams Job Requirements :BA / BS degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent professional education2-3 year of experience handling Financial Systems as the System / Application Owner.2-3 years of experience as a resource manager handling employee skill development, organizing roles and responsibilities , goal settings and performance management.10-12 years of experience using Informatica, SQL Server and Unix.AWS Certified Practitioner is a must. AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Tableau / Power BI Reporting Analytics and Dashboards.Data Security and Controls, Technology Imperatives experience is a requirement.HR Technology experience is a requirement.Must be a strong communicator and team playerAbility to be flexible, decision oriented, and motivated.Ability to manage multiple work streams with conflicting deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changeCreate detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designsDevelop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirementsStrategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong understanding of Agile methodology concepts, Objective and key Result framework and deliverables.Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills including the ability to bring together various teams and resources to deliver resultsProactive, results oriented approach to assignmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills interacting with various levels of the organization.
