Job description

Job Summary : To implement and drive growth of Indirect (Distribution partners) and Direct Sales of Power Tools business in assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing to ensure market-level strategies and business objectives are meet by Sales
  • Understand customer requirement as per applications & arrange to submit the Techno-commercial proposals accordingly
  • Influence the involvement of sales supports personnel, including customer support and resources in order to meet performance objectives and customers' expectations
  • Explore business opportunities by identifying prospective client and evaluating their position in the industry
  • Maintain business relationship with OEMS
  • Review channel partners performance on monthly basis
  • Provide in-time support when and where required by clients
  • Sales & marketing of multidisciplinary customize solutions
  • To work cross functionally within IR in order to meet customer deadlines

KPI's

  • Attend & resolve the concerns related to customers or cross functional team
  • Generate weekly enquiries by joint visit to customers with channel partner
  • Review the hit rate of channel partners against submitted quotes every month.
  • Month-o-month achievement of AOP target

Skills Required

  • Bachelor in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
  • 10-12 years relevant experience in OEM/Indirect Sales
  • Strong coordination with Automotive OEMS and their ancillaries
  • Self-motivator and self-starter
  • Result oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office : MS-Word , MS excel , PPT
  • Good level of English speaking and writing.
