Job Role - Sales Quality Analyst

Job Description - Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive audits of sales representatives' calls, emails, and CRM data to assess adherence to quality standards, sales techniques, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze and evaluate sales interactions to identify areas of improvement, coaching needs, and opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Regularly share detailed reports and recommendations with the Sales Manager, highlighting performance trends, best practices, and areas requiring attention or improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, training programs, and coaching strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and changes in the product offerings to provide informed insights and suggestions for sales optimization.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales process documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and best practices across the sales organization.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in monitoring and tracking sales team performance metrics and KPIs related to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of the sales process.
Qualifications - Previous experience in a sales role with a SaaS company, selling to Mid-market and Enterprise customers, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of product, industry, and competitor landscape to provide valuable recommendations and insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales interactions and identify areas of improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of data and information.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively deliver reports, recommendations, and training materials.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales excellence
