Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource professional with IT experience. The HR professional will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing HR databases, and conducting employee training. This role is located in Thrissur. Qualifications Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer Service: ability to provide excellent customer service to employees Resource Management: ability to effectively manage HR databases and systems Training: ability to develop and conduct effective employee training programs Experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plusJob tags
