Role: Recruiter Company: Bonito Designs ( Location: Bangalore (Near Silk Board) Experience: 1-4 years Roles & Responsibilities Work on a Weekly Recruitment Mandate Achieve the daily Sourcing Target Send Daily Pipeline & Manning Report Ensure the Pipeline is moved pro-actively to ensure selections Achieve the Offer & Joining Targets Ability to source only from Job Portals & Social Media (Naukri, Linked-In, Face Book, Twitter, Instagram, etc) Stakeholder management- Partner with the stakeholders & collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth closures. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms. Manage onboarding and new hire process. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
