Implementation and operation of SAP CX systems in Sales, Services, Marketing and Commerce as well as the integration
Participation in the analysis, optimization and design of existing and new business processes, systems and applications in cooperation with the relevant departments
Requirement analysis of IT commerce business applications
Consulting and administration of cloud-based and data center-based CRM systems
Responsibility for the 1 st level support process and for the planning and implementation of user training for users in the implemented software landscape
Collaboration in future-oriented Digitalization projects
Qualification
Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science/ business informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the support or consulting area desirable
Experience in consulting and operation of SAP CRM systems and related modules
