Job description
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist with a strong background in the software development services industry
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and support revenue growth
- The ABM Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with key accounts
Responsibilities:
ABM Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts based on strategic criteria and collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers in the software development services industry.
- Utilize a multi-channel approach, including email, social media, content marketing, and events, to engage and nurture target accounts.
Content Development:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop personalized and compelling content tailored to specific accounts.
- Ensure content aligns with the buyer's journey and addresses the unique challenges and pain points of the software development services industry.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in account-based marketing, preferably within the software development services industry.
- Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop targeted campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and personalized content.
