JOB SUMMARY: Metallography Sample Preparation, microstructure evaluation of RM,HT Parts & failure Analysis. Weld Penetration Sample instructions. Hardness &Mechanical Testing. Calibration of Lab equipment. COPQ reduction-Evaluation of Cold forming/HS parts /RM. RESPONSIBILITIES: In charge of metalogical Lab [All testing & Result Interpitation]. Budget Planning execution Calibration of lab equipment’s, instruments. Hot Stamping Furnace Process Validation, Audit Planning , Product / Process Quality Verification.Job tags
