Key Accounts Manager About the organization: Maison D’ Auraine is a conglomerate with a bouquet of luxury haircare, beauty, personal care, and wellness brands. Job description We are looking for the role of Key Accounts Manager with 4 years and above of minimum experience to expand and develop Maison D’ Auraine’s market across various geographies. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the market is fully operational on time. You will evaluate brand creation opportunities and identify for improved development or acquisition that will increase revenue. You will evaluate and monitor contract compliance with terms and conditions to ensure the company’s quality market. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitionAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsDeveloping goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.Excellent negotiating, outgoing, and diplomatic skills.Create an annual engagement strategy for key accounts. Maintain stakeholder relationships by visiting all partners on a regular basis and staying in touch virtually.Ensure effective communication with relevant stakeholders about organizational updates (Products, Process, Policy, etc.) Overall ExperienceField experience and open to the market visit.Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Extensive management-level strategic planning experience.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.IT skills, including the use of spreadsheet.Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.Primary/ Must Have SkilledA master's degree in business administration is preferred.Management and business development experience in an innovative environment. The candidate should be positive, outgoing, outreach and should be motivated towards their job.Should take the initiative to explore new development opportunities, and should be comfortable in collaborating with a wide range of internal and external partners.
