Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations, including coordinating with clients, managing assets, and liaising with clients and suppliers. If you are a self-starter with a passion for logistics and an ability to think outside the box, we would like to hear from you

Job Role and responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Coordinating clients from start to finish, including arranging vehicles from vendors and liaising with carriers, client & customers.
• Managing daily operations and ensuring all relevant regulations.
• Maintaining accurate data of all assets and ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaising with clients to provide information and updates on shipment status, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Identifying areas for improvement in the operations process and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Providing leadership and direction to team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.

Skills :

· Self-starter

· Must have good knowledge about Ms Excel.

· Must have good knowledge of Drafting Mails, Client Interactions, Handling Data.

· Must have good problem solving and negotiation skills.

· Must have good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.

· Good communication skills both to co-workers and clients, suppliers etc.

· Must have Good Knowledge of Logistics Operations.

· Passionate and proactive

· Thorough knowledge of Postiev Mobility Products related procedures and requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year' experience in logistics operation & Client Handling.
