Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, analytical skills, and creativity to manage our online marketing efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our company's goals. Oversee the execution of campaigns across various digital channels, with a particular focus on Google Ads and Facebook. Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook to achieve targeted metrics. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI. Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal spend across campaigns and channels to achieve marketing objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights. Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities to stakeholders. Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices. Use insights to inform campaign strategies and tactics. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other departments (such as sales, product development, and customer service) to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and targeted content for digital campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook marketing. Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. Strong budget management skills with a focus on delivering high ROI. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
