Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Execution of awarded projects at site through mobilization, coordination, execution, and resolution
of issues with the site team and Contractors awarded with the job. Lead the Site team towards
successful execution.
- Preparation of a detailed schedule of works with front-wise detailing of activities in-line with the
original plan and in discussion with Planning Head at HO and implementation of the schedule on the
field.
- Monitoring progress of work with reference to the schedule, identify gaps, mitigate the gaps to
meet the timelines and quality aspects.
- Ensure execution through the highest standards of quality as per detailed drawings and
specifications.
- Preparation of a risk register envisaging risk before the start of the project and during execution,
updating the risk register from time to time and actions on the risk mitigation from time to time,

- Preparation of a claim register, updating the risk register from time to time and actions on the risk
mitigation from time to time.
Technical Skills - Updated with the latest technologies in construction.
- Updated with the latest project management practices.
- Prior experience of successful execution of projects from mobilization to closure in all models -
such as EPC, Construction, BOOT, BOT, etc.
- Knowledge of various types of contract execution and items rates, lump sum, etc.
Behavioural Skills Time Management, Decision Making, Team Management, Conflict Resolution,
Feedback, Empathy, and more.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in project management or related fields.

Qualifications Minimum 8 years of overall experience in execution of infrastructure projects
for B.E (Civil) Candidates. Minimum 11 years of experience for full-time Diploma Holders. Prior
experience in execution of Silo Projects/Agri Projects/container yard/ICD/PFT/Warehousing/building
execution is preferred. Experience of Primavera Project Management Tools would be an added
advantage.
