The company plans to expand into the latest AI-based diagnosis and healthcare backed by data analytics.

Role Overview: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within their designated territory to promote our pathology lab services to healthcare providers, clinics, and corporate clients. This role is pivotal in driving our growth, expanding our client base, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory. Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Organize health camps to promote lab services, explaining the benefits and advantages uniquely offered by our lab. Work closely with the scientific and creative team to develop targeted sales materials and promotional campaigns. Provide timely and detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and after-sales support.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or pathology lab sector. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
