Job Overview:
As the graphic designer at Urban Gabru, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our creative direction. You will be ensuring the delivery of exceptional design work. We are looking for an individual with a modern design philosophy and hands-on experience with design softwares such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Corel Draw is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution : Ability to execute creative projects individually end to end.
- Design Strategy : Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Hands-on Design : Utilize your expertise in design software, such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to create high-quality, visually appealing designs.
- Project Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that design solutions meet business goals.
- Portfolio Review : Review and critique the work of your team members, ensuring that design output adheres to modern design principles and is not outdated.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain quality control throughout the design process, ensuring that the final output meets or exceeds client expectations.
- AI tools : Should be upto date on recent AI generative tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Corel Draw is an added advantage.
- A portfolio of creative work demonstrating your modern design philosophy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
