Technical Account Executive

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in project management process in Engineering & Construction Industry.
• The ability to build rapport with key clients.
• The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Fluent speaking in Tamil will be a plus.
• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. MBA/PGDM in Marketing would be an added advantage.

Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Account Executive to maintain solid relationships with the company key clients. The Technical Account Executive responsibilities include growing the company revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients.

To be successful as a Technical Account Executive, you should be able to develop and maintain good relationship with the business development team and stakeholders of the key clients and pitch for business opportunities for Company. Ultimately, Technical Account Executive should be able to generate new business and revenue for the company through every new business opportunity acquired by the client.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients business development team that bring in the most income for the company.
• Pitch in Company solutions for key clients new business opportunities
• Addressing and resolving key clients complaints.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements and work out solutions.
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client long-term goals.

Work Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi
