Apply todayMachine Learning Engineer/Data ScientistQualifications :- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, mathematics/statistics, or engineering.- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R.- Familiarity with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., pandas, matplotlib, seaborn).- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).- Experience with basic SQL database querying.- Ability to design and build robust, highly scalable, and highly available data-driven pipelines and applications.- Experience with the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management, including model versioning, monitoring, hosting, and deployment.- Hands-on experience in building scalable distributed systems for model training, inferencing (batch & real time), and evaluation.- Strong ability to design end-to-end machine learning systems and lead a technical roadmap.- Deep understanding of machine learning best practices, including training/serving skew minimization and A/B testing.- Experience with machine learning model integration with web applications.- DevOps mentality with knowledge of making complicated pipelines simple and easy to maintain, with automated governance.- Proficiency in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and version control systems.- Experience in using MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, Airflow, etc., and building feature stores.- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control systems, web services & APIs.- Experience with hardware resource management for machine learning training and/or deployment (CPU/GPU/NPU).- Working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance complexity.- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.- Experience with CI/CD systems, agile development processes, and test-driven development.- Excellent data analytical and debugging skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset.- Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Responsibilities :- Designing and building robust, scalable, and highly available data-driven pipelines and applications.- Managing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including model versioning, monitoring, hosting, and deployment.- Building scalable distributed systems for model training, inferencing, and evaluation.- Leading technical roadmap discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Implementing machine learning best practices to minimize training/serving skew and conduct A/B testing.- Integrating machine learning models with web applications.- Streamlining and simplifying complex pipelines with automated governance.- Utilizing MLOps frameworks and building feature stores for efficient machine learning operations.- Collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and management of machine learning systems.- Contributing to software engineering best practices, including version control, web services, and APIs.- Managing hardware resources efficiently for machine learning training and deployment.- Leveraging cloud infrastructure for scalable and cost-effective machine learning solutions.- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and following agile development processes.
