Job Summary:
As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our F&B products or services increase brand awareness and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing team as well as other departments such as sales product development and operations to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote F&B products or services including new product launches seasonal promotions and special events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends consumer preferences and competitive landscape in the F&B industry.
- Create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials including website social media email campaigns print ads and promotional materials.
- Manage social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter) to increase brand visibility engage with followers and drive traffic to our F&B outlets or website.
- Collaborate with graphic designers copywriters and external agencies to produce highquality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with F&B outlets or partners to implement marketing initiatives promotions and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g. website traffic social media engagement sales data) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in F&B marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
- Support sales team with marketing materials presentations and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers vendors media contacts and industry influencers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience (23 years) in marketing roles preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles strategies and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management tools email marketing software and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
