1. Physical Testing:- Tensile Test, Impact Test, Hardness

Test, IGC Test, Bend Test, Macro, Micro Structure, Macro 

Streack Flaw test, Inclusion Rating & Compressive Strength

1. Heat treatment.
2. Chemical Analysis of all ferrous & non-ferrous

materials.

1. All type of forged products like:- Ring Joints, Hollow

forgings, Nozzles, Crank Shaft, Connecting Rod, Gears,

Piston Rods, Tubesheet, Welded items (Spectacle Blind,

Spcer & Blind etc.) & all standard flanges.

1. Casting:- Casing, Blooms, Ingots, Billets

All type of inspection carried out at the presents of third party inspector.
