Job description
Store Layout and Design: Develop and implement store layout plans and visual displays to optimize space utilization and highlight key merchandise categories. Ensure that displays are visually appealing, on-brand, and in line with current trends.
Window Displays: Design and execute captivating window displays that showcase featured products and promotions. Utilize seasonal themes, props, and lighting to attract attention and drive foot traffic.
Product Presentation: Arrange merchandise within the store to create visually compelling presentations that emphasize product features, benefits, and styling. Ensure that displays are organized, well-stocked, and easy for customers to navigate.
Visual Merchandising Guidelines: Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards for all stores within the retail chain. Train store staff on best practices for merchandise presentation and display maintenance.
Seasonal Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop visual merchandising concepts for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events. Ensure that displays align with campaign messaging and objectives.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store managers to replenish merchandise as needed. Maintain accurate records of display materials and props, and order supplies as necessary.
Store Visuals Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain store visuals, including displays, signage, and lighting. Make adjustments as needed to ensure that displays remain fresh and engaging for customers.
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitor visual merchandising strategies and industry trends. Use insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in store presentations.
Customer Feedback and Insights: Solicit feedback from customers regarding store visuals and displays. Use customer insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the shopping experience.
