Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders on civil engineering-related matters.
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and technical issues promptly and professionally, via email, phone, or in person.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to address customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide onsite support as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance technical skills and expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the support ticketing system or CRM platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
