Hi,

We urgently required for leading Urgently required for leading Supermarket group in Cameroon (Country in Central Africa)
• Warehouse Dispatch Manager - 02 nos
• Accounts Manager with SAP knowledge - 02 Nos

Positions:

Warehouse Dispatch Manager
Salary USD 800 – 1200 + Free Accommodation + Free Food

• Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
• Inventories stock.
• Arranges transportation.
• Organizes item order by editing for price, promotions, and weight compliance.
• Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.
• Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time; ordering carriers.
• Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.
• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Protects the organization's reputation by keeping pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information confidential.

Accounts Manager with SAP knowledge
Salary USD 1200 – 1700 + Free Accommodation + Free Food

• Lead the team to prepare for monthly financial statements, month-end closing,
• Support annual audit, Local tax preparation
• Prepare cash flow management and variance analysis.
• Lead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
• Support projects for transformation, and provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting team, including training on SAP functionalities and best practices.
