II) Sub Department: Learning and Organization Development
III) Designation: Assistant Manager - L&OD
IV) Reporting: Manager - L&OD
V) Qualities:

. Should possess good command over the English language (verbal and written)

. Should have a pleasing personality

. Should possess excellent facilitation & presentation skills

. Should be able to develop training content and have work experience as a trainer ( behavioral / leadership)

. Should be able to source and evaluate training partners and vendors

. Should have understanding of Training need identification, Training need analysis, competency frameworks, training evaluation etc.

. Should possess good interpersonal skills to work closely with different stakeholders/ departments

. Should be versatile and open to take up additional responsibilities, initiatives, challenges & projects

. Should possess good planning and organizing skills
