ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategizing, developing and executing CSR initiatives as well as conducting periodic CSR program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness. Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives across the country and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders Staying abreast of relevant research, trends and promoting best practices in the CSR domain Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Drive internal (employees) and external engagement (clients) with respect to amplification of CSR initiatives. Driving budget & monitoring spend to deliver results in line with planned objectives. Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTTS Educational Qualification Master's from a recognized university (preferred specialization in courses related to CSR)

Experience Minimum experience of 8-10 years as an CSR Manager from Big4s or IPCs

Other Skills & Abilities Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), best practices for CSR. Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofit and civic leadership as well as program beneficiaries. Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results. Ability to reach out, understand and incorporate feedback from the targeted beneficiaries we want to serve. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials, tailored for the audience. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Strong skills with various software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
