Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Chennai (Nandanam)

Experience: 10 to 15 years in IT Industry (Majority in Development)

CTC:- Upto 35.00 LPA.

Job Description:

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and driving innovation.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology operations, including software development, team management, infrastructure, & architecture.

Your expertise in .NET, application development, AWS, and SaaS will be vital in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Leadership:

• Develop and articulate the technology strategy, with a focus on SaaS, .NET, and cloud technologies.

• Drive the adoption of industry best practices and emerging trends in SaaS development and cloud computing.

• Ensuring new high-quality and timely delivery of all software from the teams

• Ensuring security, scalability and performance of overall technology infrastructure

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique data analytics needs and ensure the successful implementation of end-to-end technical solutions.

2. Technology Excellence:

• Define and enforce best practices for software development, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.

• Implement and oversee continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Staying abreast of current technology trends and platforms and incorporating this knowledge into the organization's technological approach

• Also develop visions, studies, and decision support to establish standards and lead the solution architecture unit to ensure projects are completed on time.

• End-to-end Project Execution: Lead the entire lifecycle of analytics projects, from defining project goals and scope to data collection, analysis, modelling, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

3. SaaS Product Development:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the SaaS product roadmap.

• Oversee the development of scalable and feature-rich SaaS solutions using .NET technologies.

4. Cloud Architecture:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures that align with business objectives.

• Lead efforts to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.

5. Team Management:

• Build and lead a dynamic technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's expertise aligns with the company's SaaS and cloud-centric goals.

• Guide teams to agree on a Definition of Done - align teams around what quality means and how it is built into the solution.

6. Strategic Parterships:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with cloud service providers, technology vendors, and industry experts.

• Collaborate with partners to leverage cutting-edge cloud services and enhance our SaaS offerings.

7. Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

• Monitor and control costs related to SaaS infrastructure and technology development

• Attracting, assessing, hiring, retaining, and growing quality technical talent

8. Visionary Thinking:

• The ability to think strategically, anticipate trends, and make informed decisions that drive innovation.

• Setting the technical vision and strategy and ensuring that company's technology development plan is in line with business goals

9. Entrepreneurial Mindset:

• You should be adaptable, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a technology leader, with maximum 15 years' experience in IT field with major experience in development.

 Strong background in software development, with expertise in .NET and application development.

 Extensive experience in managing teams, fostering their growth, and promoting a collaborative work environment. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

 Comprehensive understanding of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, predictive analytics, RPA, and AI automation technologies.

 Deep understanding of cloud technologies, especially AWS, and SaaS development.

 Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

 A track record of delivering innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

 Excellent business partnering skills.
