The Capacity and Resource Management (C&RM) Team Assistant Manager will be an integral member of the C&RM Team supporting such functions as updating and tracking resource and engagement forecasts, analyzing forecasting and utilization trends, as well as other data management responsibilities. They continuously engage in conversations with their stakeholders to understand the project pipeline, skills requirements, and open needs to provide insights into issues concerning capacity and deployment, thus enabling effective management of resources INDUS (GT). They connect with the professionals to determine their competencies, goals, and interests. The individual will work closely with the C&RM Manager and offer critical advice to the business leadership around demand and supply management, industry and market trends, and application to the current functional processes.

The Assistant Manager will report directly to the INDUS C&RM service line manager and meet regularly to set expectations, prioritize tasks, review data, and address outstanding issues.

Skills

  • Plan and execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments, bench management, demand-supply gap management.
  • Own governance and review of all RM parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics data research, analysis, and reconciliation.
  • Build a network with the business leaders, managers. Conduct regular practitioner connects to have deep understanding of ground dynamics.
  • Understanding key skills and processes used in the GT and market trends. Assess and judge competence level of practitioner of the business.
  • Partner and build relationships with the leadership and practitioners and talent business leaders.
  • Conflict management of schedules, smooth rollover planning.
  • Highlight conflicts and identify resources with full or partial availability.
  • Connect with U.S. based C&RM team and/or U.S. based Client-facing staff regularly to understand challenges faced and to update staffing requests accordingly.
  • Responsible for data management of assigned population(s) to ensure resumes and skills profiles are current, forecasting is timely and accurate.
  • Reports to be prepared on a regular basis using Excel and other reporting tools.
