Position: Admission Manager Location: Barasat, Kolkata Key Responsibilities: Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory To handle Institutional Sales function for the territory Handling inquiries related to admissions and providing sound advice to prospective leads Keeping track of daily inquiries Tie up with Schools, colleges, training centers, etc. to generate prospective leads Guiding students in selecting the relevant academic program and handling admission-related responsibilities Building strong relationships with an existing portfolio of Clients Meeting monthly and yearly targets, both individual and team targets Led a team of academic counsellors and guided and motivated them to meet the assigned targets within set timelines Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback Constantly collective feedback and working on them to improve customer satisfaction Qualifications: Graduation mandatory, any graduate, Master degree will be an added advantage Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in the Education industry (College/University) in a leadership role. The candidate must have an experience of handling a team of at least 8 to 10 executives. You will be leading a team of admissions executives and counsellors and be responsible for achieving admissions targets. You will be accountable for the overall sales target individually as well as that of the team.
