We accelerate awareness about the advantages of insurance products among clients to service and enhance the scope of the benefits of insurance to all customers reliably. In this course, we also aim to create self-employment for thousands of youths in rural India by enabling them to sell insurance ethically.

???????? What we are looking for
We're looking for a Sales Manager with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of lead generation and marketing and will be able to think creatively and innovatively.
In this role, you will need to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Here's what you'll do:
Developing Sales Strategies: The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the company. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and setting sales targets.
Generating Leads: The Sales Manager is responsible for generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, email marketing, social media marketing, and other promotional activities.
Building Relationships: The Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, agents, and other stakeholders. This involves networking, attending conferences and events, and being the face of the company to the external market.
Monitoring Sales Activities: The Sales Manager is responsible for monitoring the sales activities, tracking progress against targets, and reporting on sales performance to the senior management team.
Developing and Maintaining Sales Processes: The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the sales processes and workflows. This includes creating sales collateral, managing the sales database.
???? Qualification & Experience
* Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance industry
* Proven experience in lead generation and marketing
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
