Responsibilities

Job Description State Sales Manager

Sales Target & Distributor Management

To plan and develop yearly, monthly sales plan and submit it to top management for the approval.

To set pricing strategies as per market and company requirements.

Coordinate the activities for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

To plan region wise marketing activities according the potential of the market and conduct feasibility study to expand throughout Kerala.

To Collaborating with management and team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

Developing customized targeted sales strategies.

Evaluates sales reports and report it into management, then make corrective action whether required.

Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations versus actual company level and take necessary action to fill the gaps.

Customer Acquisitions and Satisfaction

Identify and implements various strategies and plans for attracting more customers/dealers

To verify the DSR and to do the adjustment or readjustment if necessary.

Formulate, direct, coordinate and execute sales activities and policies to promote products, and also should work with Brand Building and Business development team.

To approve the expenses required for visits of DSM and Sales executives.

To verify the monthly, weekly an daily report of DSM and Sales executives.

To ensure that all executives are sending their daily weekly and monthly sales report.

Planning & Coordination

To plan and execute marketing departmental activities on yearly, quarterly and monthly basis.

To conduct competitor analysis and submit the report to top management.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and increase expectancy level of the company

To verify the collection report and take the follow ups the payment outstanding.

To monitor the performance of DSM, Sales executives and support them in sales activities.

To prepare a monthly schedule for promotional activities and submit to Director & ED.

Conduct the market study to expand the market to other states.

Market Study

Perform market research and segmentation strategy and develop new areas/state to introduce company's product

Preparing the analysis report for the market study conducted and submitted to management for further.

To plan and execute quarter wise marketing and promotional activities.

To collect dealer feedback form and analyze it.

To ensure that the team under marketing department are following the marketing policy properly.

To conduct dealer evaluation and to identify the efficient dealers.

To conduct market evaluation and collect dealer feed back.

Maintains Rate & Profitability

Conduct the analysis of profitability report and feasibility study.

Responsibility to fix the rate and schemes of the product in perspective of organizational goals.
