EDUCATION:
Qualified/ Semi Qualified CS, LLB or LLM
EXPERIENCE:
Candidates with experience in the NBFC industry will be given preference
EXPECTATIONS:
Ensure compliance with AML/KYC laws by creating rules, closing alerts, filing STRS, and tracking FIU alerts.
Conduct compliance testing and monitor implementation of laws.
Draft, review, finalize, and implement policies and processes to monitor NBFC compliances.
Keep management informed of regulatory changes affecting the company.
Ensure financials, website, and notice board disclosures comply with regulatory guidelines.
