Job description

Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Set sales quotas, targets, and performance metrics for the sales team.

Team Leadership & Management: train, and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a collaborative and motivating environment to drive team engagement and morale.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Lead negotiations and close strategic sales deals with major clients.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Excellent communication Skills Mainly English,Hindi(added advantage).

Sales Operations & Execution: Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.

Implement effective sales processes, tools, and CRM systems to streamline operations.

Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.

Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and implement corrective measures.

Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and updates for senior management.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, forecasts, and expense controls.

Optimize resource allocation, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.

Market Research & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for expansion.

Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to drive innovation and market differentiation.

Ability to travel as necessary
