Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of our company. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Qualifications And Skills - A bachelor's degree in any field.

Roles And Responsibilities - Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents.
- Conduct research and provide support in various projects.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
