JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Business Development Executive / Manager at Propkarmaa, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with potential clients and making sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities by following up on leads and connecting with target clients.
  • Meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored Property solutions.
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish to successfully close deals.
  • Exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A graduation degree
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales (freshers can also apply).
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Possession of a vehicle is preferred.
