Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team. You as an HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, leading employee recruitment and retention efforts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations and facilitating communication between management and employees.
Core Responsibilities
Ø Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Ø Leading and owning the Recruitment cycle.
Ø Facilitating on-boarding and off-boarding processes and formalities for all systems.
Ø Maintaining and updating HR database and systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Ø Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Ø Contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with company values and legal requirements.
Ø Supporting the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for employee growth and development.
Ø Filling of all statutory compliances and ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant.
Ø Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
Desired skills and experience:
Ø Bachelor's or master's degree in HR with Proven experience 3+ years as HR manager or in a similar senior HR role .
Ø Ability to work on multiple tasks.
Ø Hands on experience with Microsoft office and advance excel.
Ø Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ø Strong decision-making skills. Proactive and detailed oriented skills.
Ø Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
