Technical Product Manager – AI & Chatbot Solutions Department: Product Development / Technology Reports to: Founders Job Overview: The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of AI-powered products, particularly chatbots and voicebots. The role requires deep technical expertise in Django, React, and AI technologies, along with strong product management skills. The candidate will act as a bridge between the founders and the tech team, ensuring that product development aligns with the company's strategic vision and market needs. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals. Identify market opportunities and customer needs to inform product development. Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of Django, React, and AI to actively contribute to product development. Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, chatbots, and voicebots. Product Development and Management: Lead the planning, execution, and launch of product features and enhancements. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution. Chatbot and Voicebot Solutions: Drive the development of innovative chatbot and voicebot solutions, enhancing user experience and engagement. Ensure that AI elements of the products are optimized for performance and user satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the founders, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on product objectives. User Experience and Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that product interfaces are user-friendly and meet customer needs. Data Analysis and Metrics: Analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions about product features and priorities. Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to founders and stakeholders. Prepare and present product reports and roadmaps. Leadership: Lead and inspire product and engineering teams to achieve excellence in their work. Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech environment. Skills: Strong technical skills with experience in Django, React, and AI. Excellent understanding of chatbot and voicebot technologies. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience: Experience in managing AI-based products, particularly in the realm of chatbots and voicebots.
