Designation: eCommerce Solution Architect Experience: 15+ years | Qualification: BE/BTech/BE, MTech/MS
Overall Experience · Technologist with Deep Experience in driving enterprise Omnichannel Commerce Transformation and Digital Customer Experience for large enterprises · Strong Business & Functional Expertise in Omnichannel eCommerce · Preferred Experience in driving Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap for enterprises · High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision · Should have the willingness to pick up new Technology and Domain skills quickly · Being part of at least one Global Omnichannel B2C/B2B Commerce Implementations for large retail/CPG enterprises · Sound technical depth - ability to deep-dive into technical architecture and design · Solid understanding of the industry and the technology and market trends · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate IT concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences · Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills · High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision · Should have the willingness to pick up new Technology and Domain skills quickly · Should be flexible to Travel on a short notice Primary / Must Have Skills · Experience with any one of the modern MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud First, Headless) Architectures and eCommerce platforms such as Commercetools, BigCommerce, VTEX, Elastic Patch Cloud Commerce (Moltin), Shopify etc. · Familiarity with modern Omnichannel Commerce solution components - Experience Management, CMS, Search, Order Management, PIM, ePOS etc. · Preferred expertise on Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - IaaS/PaaS Services, DevOps pipeline, Security, Compliance, Cloud Monitoring etc. · Strong Domain & Functional Expertise in Omnichannel Commerce and ecosystem - Digital Marketing, Analytics, Search, User Experience Management, CMS, PIM, Mobile and Social Platforms · Business Development & Technical Pre-sales experience - Provided pre-sales and solutions support in RFP Process - Gather business and technical requirements perform fit-gap analysis against the shortlisted COTS platforms, come out solution architecture, ROM estimates, showcase POCs/Demos etc. · Hands on Experience in Architecting, Designing and Implementation and Global Roll-out of Omni channel B2C/B2B Commerce solutions for large enterprises · Strong Technical background and experience in Architecting, Designing, Implementation of complex enterprise web applications for large enterprises using Java/J2EE technologies, frameworks and design patterns · Extensive hands on development background in Java, J2EE, REST APIs · Experience with Agile and DevOps Implementations and software engineering processes Desirable / Good to Have Skills · Experience in designing Microservices applications using Java/Python/Node JS/GoLang technologies and frameworks · Experience in Setting up Container Cluster and Orchestration using Docker Swarm or Kubernetes · Expertise on Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - IaaS/PaaS Services, DevOps pipeline, Security, Compliance, Cloud Monitoring etc. Roles and Responsibilities: · Become part of Global Solutions Team for Digital and Cloud Transformations Group · Participate in the business development through proactive or competitive bids (RFx) · Responsible for Business Incubation from new and existing customers in eCommerce /Digital Transformations areas · Participate in requirement gathering and/or technical workshop with customers · Interact with customers to discuss their business challenges and helping them evaluate and arrive at the best-fit technology solution for their requirement · Drive Solution and POC / Prototype development · Collaborate with delivery teams to assess work effort for the solution. Architect and design solutions, and provide support and technical guidance for successful implementation. · Working with practice leadership on reviewing technology trends to determine strategic areas for future investments · Build thought leadership in commerce- publish white papers, patents, participate in industry eventsJob tags
