Job Title: Recruiter
Job Location: Navi Mumbai - Turbhe Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our recruitment efforts for 1 Point 1 Solutions. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting professionals to meet the staffing needs of our BPO operations. This role is essential in ensuring that we have a competent team to support our operations and drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities: 1. Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. 2. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and compatibility with the BPO environment. 3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions. 5. Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing requirements. 6. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 7. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment activities. 8. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress to management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. - Understanding of roles and technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Team player with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
