Job description

1. About L &T Special Steel and Heavy Forging

   L&T Special Steels & Heavy Forgings (LTSSHF) is a joint venture between Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL).

   L&T Special Steels & Heavy Forgings (LTSSHF) caters to specialized requirements of Nuclear, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, Ship Building and Heavy Engineering Industries.

2. Certified NDT LII in UT, MT, PT (Interpretation and Evaluation)
3. Experience in NDE methodology and related Codes and Standards related to forgings
4. knowledge in ASME SEC VIII Div 2 & ASME Sec III & V
5. standard operating procedure, Work instructions, NDE/QC reports preparation
6. Customer handling and good communication skills
7. Knowledge in Various QC instruments and GD&T
8. Root cause analysis, PDCA, QC tools
9. Basic Knowledge in department CAPEX and Revenue controls
10. Experience in Audits and Knowledge in ISO 9001 :2015 standards
11. Internal Auditor certification
12. Advance NDE & QC measurement systems
13. Basic Knowledge in Metallurgy
14. Experience in handling Nuclear and Aerospace forgings
15. Knowledge in Advance NDT
16. Basic Knowledge in Design and Geometries
