Job description

1. Domain experts with Web/Mobile app development sales skills, Web application development sales skills will also be considered.
2. Closing deals and contracts with national international clients in India and overseas market - Developing lead generation strategies and taking web leads to closure.
3. Responsible for Sales and revenue targets - Establishing contact with the potential prospects by e-mailing and filling RFPs and generating leads through various sources like LinkedIn,Guruetc.
4. Excellent telephone manners tactfulness.
5. Generating leads, negotiating with prospect and closure of the deal. - Increasing the volume of business from the existing client(s) by pitching on a new set of services at different time.
6. Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.
7. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
8. Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies.
9. Self-motivated and self-directed.

Required skills:

1. Prior experience is in Only IT Company(Non-IT Not Required).
2. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Client interaction with Indian overseas clients.
4. Dedicated towards constant follow-ups.
