JOB DESCRIPTION Content Version No. : 00 Effective Date: 03 Jul 2017 Employee Code Employee Name Date of Joining ( DD / MM / YYYY ) Designation ACTIVITY INCHARGE Reporting to (Mention Designation Only) KEY ACCOUNTS CO-ORDINATOR Location Activity / Department Operation Sl.No. Job Description 1 Responsible for monitoring of all orders and dispatches. 2 Responsible for arranging Associates for delivery of materials. 3 Coordinating with internal staff for smooth function of operations. 4 Co-coordinating with field force for any queries or requests. 5 Responsible for vendor management & freight analysis. 6 Responsible for training team members. 7 Responsible for monitoring of TAT for order punch to delivery. 8 Responsible for submission of MIS on time. 9 Responsible for handling of damaged materials. 10 Responsible for maintaining safe and healthy work environment. 11 Responsible to record every Non-conformity in NC log as well as every service complaint in complaint log and develop appropriate CAPA for same. 12 Responsible to ensure Preventive Maintenance shall be carried out of equipments/assets as per defined Preventive Maintenance schedule. 13 Responsible for daily monitoring of temperature controlled area and take action to arrest temperature excursions occurred. Responsible to provide temperature excursion information to the concern. 14 Responsible for monitoring of Housekeeping activities in the Warehouse. 15 Authorized to approve housekeeping schedule and ensure adherence of the same. 16 Responsible for monitoring Pest control activity of the Warehouse and ensure pest control activity shall be carried out as per the schedule. 17 Ensure equipments available in warehouse are calibrated (wherever applicable). 18 Responsible for implementation of revised or new QMS processes. Responsible for ensuring record keeping as per SOP : Control of Records. 19 Responsible for raising change control whenever any changes are being carried out in the facility. 20 Responsible for reporting product related complaint (s) to PISPL-QA & Principal Company-QA immediately / within 24 hours. 21 Authorized to take action on Hazards, near-miss, safety observations, suggestions, and opportunities. 22 Application of Strategy for continuous up gradation of OH and S Management System. 23 Authorized to handle audits and closer of Nonconformance. 24 Responsible for achievement of EHS Objectives. 25 Member of management review meeting. 26 Responsible for identification of risk involved in operations. 27 Authorized to facilitate safety campaigns in warehouse. 28 Responsible for Warehouse activities in absence of Warehouse In charge. 29 Responsible to support safety committee and Emergency response team in warehouse. 30 Ensure safety meetings with workers are conducted on periodical interval. 31 Authorized to take decisions for local issues pertaining to warehouse. 32 Authorized to take actions to reduce the risk in consultation with safety committee members and EHS executive. 33 Authorized to approve and sign on permit to work.
