Role As an Assistant Manager - Sales at hoichoi, your role entails driving offline sales initiatives to sell bulk subscription packages. This involves focusing on partnership development and market analysis to expand our reach, ultimately playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our platform.

Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to drive subscription sales and revenue growth for hoichoi Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including ISPs, LCOs, channel distributors, and retail channels, to expand the platform's reach and subscriber base Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential partners and clients, showcasing the value proposition of the hoichoi platform Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content acquisition, and product development, to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform sales and marketing strategies Track and analyze sales data and key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement Demonstrate the ability to penetrate new markets, by implementing targeted channel seeding initiatives Cultivate and manage relationships with key MSO accounts to drive distribution and subscription growth Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in OTT and subscription-based services

Desired Skillset Minimum 2-4 years of experience in subscription sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the media industry Strong understanding of the OTT industry, particularly in the context of Bengali content and audiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Fluency in Bengali language is preferred
