Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, providing coaching and support for their professional growth.
Sales and Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet sales targets.
Operations: Manage day-to-day branch operations, including cash handling, security, and reporting.
Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute marketing initiatives to drive branch growth.
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, financials, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 10 Years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
