Job Overview We are looking for a Cashier to join one our clients, a leading 4 star Hotel in Mananthavady. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the accuracy of all cash and credit transactions. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Fresher or experienced can apply
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in billing process is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Roles And Responsibilities - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized cash counter
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate manager
- Process refunds and exchanges
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
