Job Objective
Primary Responsibilities
Job responsibilities involve but are not limited to: -
Monitor the recruiting workflow and provide prioritizing to ensure attainment of service level expectations.
Responsible for planning and executing client deliverables & achieving the revenue targets from the assigned account.
Responsible for maintaining Business metrics, Client SLA & scorecard management.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our services to meet their needs.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and proactively communicating updates.
Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Managed Services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement and manage performance monitoring tools and processes to track service delivery metrics.
Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance Enterprise Managed Services s overall quality and efficiency.
Delivered on team's targets and meeting overall quality parameters. Maintained reports for tracking the team's productivity.
Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment – resume sourcing, candidate screening, Interview setup, interview prep-up, rate negotiation, offer extension to closing the offer & post placement support.
Expertise in working on Job Portals & Recruitment platforms such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, indeed, Career Builder, Monster, Zip Recruiter
Knowledge of working on various technologies & Niche needs.
Knowledge of US Tax Terms – W2, C2C, 1099.
Achieve performance and revenue targets
Meet submission, closure and other operations targets.
Team retention, motivation, and training
