Job Description

As CFO, you would report to the promoter. Your key responsibilities would be -

. Assist in incorporating the business for a greenfield project with substantial capital deployment
. Understand the business needs from a financial standpoint and provide direction to the Promoters on various aspects such as business strategy, taxation, regulations, systems, etc.
. Build a team of high performing individuals
. SAP implementation
. M&A - due diligence, evaluation, working closely with bankers, Funds and other stakeholders
. Have good experience setting up greenfield projects & international subsidiaries, predominantly in North America
. Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic annual business plans, Budgets and Reports
. Develop financial and tax strategies
. Ensure adequate controls are installed such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits

The Successful Applicant

As the ideal candidate, you are a CA or MBA with 15+ years of experience with the following being mandatory -

1. Experience in a trading business or manufacturing business with significant amount of exports
2. Experience of working in small to mid sized companies, preferably promoter run and successfully establishing a greenfield project
3. Experience of working on SAP (Implementation would be an added advantage)
4. Experience of setting up an international subsidiary would be an added advantage
5. Mumbai based candidates preferred
