Designation - Assistant Manager- Sales and Customer Support

Location - Delhi

Reporting to - Regional Business Manager- North (Beckman Coulter Dx)

Purpose of the Role -

This role is designed to be the bridge between the sales and order processing teams to play a significant role as an operational enabler of business for a large growing region in the India business. There will be a wide spectrum of operational activities right from coordinating for order placements, overseeing fulfillment, managing documentation during the sales process, collaborate with all functions, key internal stakeholders, channel partners and customers to enhance experience and manage smooth operation. A key aspect of the role will include engaging with key customer on communication related to business commitment, managing the documentation from administrative perspective, managing specific client and channel partner requests or escalations and provide the timely response to resolve the issues.

Responsibilities-

1. Manage daily tracking, reporting and analysis of ROF (Reagent Order file), CFF, Credit and expiry hold release.

2. Reconciliation with Oracle booking report, review backlog orders from Oracle (ERP) and communicate regularly with the Customers and Distributors

3. To prepare documents pertaining to Hardware orders, get hardware allocation, ensure timely supplies as per contract

4. Check Warehouse dispatch details and coordinate with customer/distributors to ensure proper timely order fulfillment

5. To process FOC & Credit Notes for deals being worked on region wide and to be settled with in quarter.

6. Coordinate with Inventory Planner on Inventory availability Report

7. Be the primary interface between field Sales, Applications & Service to manage queries, critical logistics related transactions for existing clients as well as new clients

8. Build a relationship and work assigned Key accounts, Distributors on orders, supplies, claims and payments. As part of channel partner management, oversee critical and important issues and manage Stock audits, ROF, OPF, expiries and so on that are a part of standard work

9. OTL data management for the region in consultation with commercial excellence and coordinate with sales team for corrections or modifications.

10. Maintain a line of sight on Accounts Receivables and partner with sales to follow through with customers to improve DSO while coordinating with finance stakeholders

11. Responsible for a few key accounts directly to prove support in maintaining the business and client satisfaction.

People Management: Manage and develop sales coordinator/s under her/his supervision. This position is expected to coach the associate, build an actionable, tangible growth plan and support them to grow.

Administrative Responsibilities

1. Play a pivotal role at the Delhi office working closely with Service, Sales, Application, Marketing and HR to deliver business and people engagement

2. Lend support to the Office support in routine activities, expense management and marketing initiatives in the region

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED-

. B.Com/M.Com /B.Sc/M.Sc qualified

. Prior experience in Medical/Healthcare or Pharma Industry (4+ years' experience is minimum)

. Understanding of commercial operations and order fulfillment processes is a big advantage

. Fluent in English, Hindi language

. Should be good in MS Excel

. Basic Presentation skills

. Self-motivated, should be able to work independently
