- You will p rovide accessible and visible support and guidance to management and employees in all areas of Human Resources
- You will e nsure successful resolution of Employee Relations issues
- You will s upport and coordinate Performance Review and Performance Management processes
- You will i mplement HR initiatives in support of Citco s business and strategic plans
- You will e nsure accurate and timely delivery of reports to key stakeholders
- You will s upport Temporary Foreign Workers by providing relevant and current information on applicable work permit and Permanent Resident streams
- You will a nalyze HR metrics and data and use the analysis to drive conversations and initiatives with the business
- You will m aintain oversight of risk, ensure appropriate HR protocols are followed and monitor areas of exposure
- You will d eliver HR Orientation sessions and assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- You will a ssist in the maintenance of employee records in HRIS (Oracle)
- You may a ssist the Talent Acquisition Partner as needed by attending career fairs
About You:
- You have a minimum of 8 years progressive experience in Human Resources
- You have demonstrated experience across the spectrum of Human Resources (employee relations, performance management, compensation benefits) as well as experience working on HR projects and initiatives - experience leading/executing employee engagement initiatives
- You have experience of conducting employee connects/pulse checks
- You have in-depth knowledge of provincial and federal employment law and policies
- You have hands-on experience with various immigration processes such as work permit and Permanent Resident applications an asset
- You have advanced skills in MS Excel
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You have proven judgment and decision making ability
- You have the ability to work independently with a high level of energy, creativity and independent thinking
