Job Title: Security Operations and Marketing Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Security Operations and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations, managing field supervisors, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication with clients. This role requires a combination of leadership, operational excellence, and marketing expertise. Key Responsibilities: Security Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of field supervisors and security personnel. Ensure the implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols. Conduct regular reviews of security operations to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Chief Security Officer to enhance security measures and risk assessments. Field Supervisor Management: Provide leadership and guidance to field supervisors. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for field supervisors to enhance their skills. Oversee scheduling, deployment, and performance evaluation of field supervisors. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment among field supervisors Marketing and Client Relations: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's security services. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Collaborate with the executive team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns. Report Writing: Oversee the preparation and submission of detailed incident reports to clients. Ensure that all reports are accurate, clear, and adhere to company standards. Coordinate with field officers and supervisors to gather relevant information for client reports. Provide timely updates to clients on security incidents and resolutions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Management, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in security operations management and marketing. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with security industry standards and best practices. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Additional Requirements: Availability for occasional travel and flexible working hours.
