Title
Specialist Participates in the administration, design, selection, modification, and training related to engineering applications required for project delivery. Interacts with end users to resolve engineering design issues and limitations, provide solutions, and coordinate with applications development to design system enhancements necessary for project delivery. May also be responsible for evaluation of project requirements and system capabilities to provide solutions and feedback regarding feasibility and cost of engineering project requirements. Under general supervision and occasional direct supervision, the individual competently performs all conventional aspects of assignments. Will plan and conduct work requiring judgment and independent evaluation in the development, modification, and selection of program solutions to engineering system development problems. Capable of investigating and solving recurring program and/or network problems. The skills for this position are typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience in-lieu of degree. R2083674Job tags
