Job description

• Finalisation of monthly and annual accounts
• Preparation of various MIS reports for management
• Verification of documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Reconciliations of accounts
• Data Entry in books of accounts and MIS software
• Tax Matters including GST and Income Tax
• EDMS documents and workflow management
• Supervision and mentorship of junior accounts staff to ensure adherence to standard accounting practices
• Communications with business partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
• Cash flow and funds management to ensure optimal utilization of company resources
• Internal audit to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Candidate Qualifications
• CA Inter Pass or higher
• Preferably 2 years or more of experience in accounts/audit job
• More than 18 months experience in Microsoft Navision ERP or other leading ERPs
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in bookkeeping and IFRS to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel to efficiently analyze financial data and generate reports
Required Skills
