Experience Range: 5 to 8 years Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediately or less that 30 days
Exchange & O365 with Windows Server Management skills JD Exchange servers in Hybrid mail flow infrastructure , plus should be skilled in Windows administration and server management . 1. MS Exchange Hybrid administration experience 2. Active Directory (AD) administration (Both Azure AD and On-Premises AD) 3. File server concepts (File & folder permissions, volume snapshots) 4. Server administration (servers in cluster management, Out of the box management and server performance analysis) Basics of vmware server virtualization. 1. Hands-on, Level 2-3 experience in Troubleshooting DNS (Both in Public DNS Servers / records and DNS servers in AD environment, standalone DNS servers (Primary, Secondary, Stub zone troubleshooting and Zone Transfers and forwarding)) 2. Hands-on, Level 2-3 experience in Troubleshooting Active Directory (OU; user; groups management, Inter-site and Intra-Site replication, FSMO roles troubleshooting, movement and seizing, Monitoring and analysis of security logs / Kerberos Logs) 3. Hands-on Experience in administration and troubleshooting Azure AD sync from On-Premises Active directory 4. Experience on Azure AD environment (Application registration, Group Management, linking of services to AD group, Group ACLs etc.) 5. Experience on Exchange-Online (Microsoft 365) and On-Premises Exchange server administration (Distribution Groups / Dynamic Distribution groups, Contacts, Mailbox management -> forwarding; restricting; send-as; receive-as; permissions, mailbox export / import, Email routing troubleshooting) 6. Experience on Exchange-Online (Microsoft 365) and On-Premises Exchange server administration, Contd… (Troubleshooting mail-flow from and to Exchange-OnPremises and Exchange-Online, syncing the mailbox attributes, troubleshooting inbox Rules / Transport rules & SMTP connectors) 7. Experience on Exchange-Online (Microsoft 365) and On-Premises Exchange server administration, Contd… (Troubleshooting external mail-flow -> identifying problems with MX records, dkim, dmarc, domain registration, Email header analysis / MIME content conversion, TLS configuration for specific domains) 8. Experience on any one of the Email gateway applications (Cisco-IronPort, Symantec mail gateway, websense, ProofPoint) 9. Knowledge and skills on MS Teams administration. 10. Experience in managing PKI certificates ( Internal & External) Wintel Skills: 1. Hands-on experience on administration of Windows servers and troubleshooting. 2. Windows Server performance analysis and correlation over a period of time. 3. Server hardware management experience (Disk Raid levels, make and model, ILO; IDRAC; IBM-IMC etc.) 4. Hands-on experience on vmware vSphere / vCenter administration (vm networking, datastore, snapshots, SRM, vm tools / hardware, ballooning / Thick VS thin provisioning etc.) 5. Hands-on experience on DNS, DHCP, File and folder security with NTFS and Share-Permissions, DFS 6. Server build / decommissioning, server hardening, Managing inventory / CMDB etc. Added Advantages: 1. PowerShell Scripting 2. Vmware v-realize operations manager (VROPS) 3.
